We only collect the data you actively share with us, plus minimal technical data needed to operate the site:

• Contact details you share when you message us via WhatsApp or email (name, phone number, and the content of your message).
• Beta waitlist sign-ups: your email address and the time of registration.
• Partner and NJOY Local Hero applications: name, contact details, business information, and any files you choose to upload (logos, photos, brochures, videos).
• Technical data such as browser type, device, and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and improve it.

• To respond to your inquiries and prepare experience proposals.
• To manage the closed beta waitlist and notify you when access opens.
• To review and process partner and Local Hero applications.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website.
• To comply with legal obligations.

• Email delivery provider — sends application confirmations and notifications.
