By accessing or using njoy-cro.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, waitlist subscribers, applicants, and partner businesses.

NJOY, operated by Njoy GmbH, Schützenstrasse 23a, 8575 Bürglen, Switzerland, is a curated travel platform that connects travelers with personally selected experiences offered by independent local partners in Croatia. Unless expressly stated otherwise, NJOY acts as a curator and intermediary: experiences are delivered by the respective local partners under their own terms and responsibility.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. In particular, you must not:

• Provide false or misleading information in any form, application, or message.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or contains malware.
• Scrape, copy, or automatically extract content or data from the Site.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Site.
• Use the NJOY name, logo, or brand assets without prior written permission.

Submitting a beta waitlist registration, partner application, or Local Hero application does not create a contractual relationship. We review each application individually and may accept or decline it at our discretion. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and files you submit, and you confirm that you own or are authorized to share them.

All content on this Site — including the NJOY name and PIN logo, texts, photographs, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to Njoy GmbH and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for private, non-commercial use.

By submitting materials through our application forms (for example logos, photos, or videos), you grant NJOY a non-exclusive right to review and store them for the purpose of evaluating your application.

The Site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and Instagram. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. Booked experiences are provided by independent local partners; their own terms, safety rules, and cancellation policies apply to the services they deliver.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Travel and outdoor activities involve inherent risks; descriptions on this Site are for inspiration and information and do not replace the safety instructions of the experience providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Njoy GmbH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or from services delivered by independent partner businesses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The courts of Bürglen, Canton Thurgau, Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its revision date, is the version currently in force. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
